POST GIG PINKS.......

I sometimes have a bit of a low mo after the excitement of a live show, as the tension just suddenly crashes after the thrills and excitement a gig has to offer, and this one was by far no exception to the thrills and excitement part, but for some reason (well, I can think of a few!!) I'm still one hell of a happy girl!....

I felt Friday's at the Cobden Club may not have been my strongest gig Musically, and certainly not the least stressful to arrange, but was by far the most fun I could have wished for. I'm not sure where to start on the description of the night, I'd be here all week, but aside from serious late arrivals from various, a nasty accident in the next road to the venue followed by a near hospitalisation back stage for Jessie May, a costume change catastrophe for me (basque underneath catsuit coming undone and making my belly look all strange - not so good!) the night was great fun all round.

Tony Feedback (Ex Angelic Upstarts and current Long Tall Shorty) departed from the band and was replaced by talk of the town guitar heroine extraordinaire "Sharron Slutt" who caused a stir that won't be forgotten I'm sure in her Witches costume. The One And Only Beauty on the Bass came back home where she belongs in true Rock and Roll Taylor style (the venue are probably still scrubbing the drool from the patch by the stage in front of her place, as she just drives 'dem boys wild!

Apart from that we had amazing support from the likes of (you seriously can't fault my choice in support acts) Long Tall Shorty, 16 Guns and the terriffic "Knocksville" who came up from Brighton and were so damn hot I felt a heatwave upon stepping on stage after them, and I can't begin to tell you how many conversations I took part in with girls that were along the lines of "I can't decide which one I want to take home the most, can't I just have all three?"

Major thanks to the crazy clown, the pyjama wearing light sabre flinging lovely, Miss Betty for never any less perfect hair styling (done by aforementioned light of the sabre....) and Colin "Whopper Man" Jones, for the best heckling in Rock And Roll history.... the amazing Dragarrazzi who took the image below (more to follow on her....) Giulio Sica, Alison, Pure Rawk and Bubblegum Slut amongst others and WOW - I nearly forgot HotRod boy but I can't say too much about that right now, but special thanks to everyone who took the trouble to come west for the show, you are all stars and made the night go with the bang it deserved to have, and I won't be forgetting last weekend in a hurry, that's for sure. :-)

Big kiss, pics to follow, and details AND a cheap guest link link for tickets for the forthcoming show.......... :-) XXXX
