SUNRISE HERE WE COME!
Well, here I am again....not
complaining about lack of invites to games as I decided after being alone with
the beautiful boys of Sweden that a girl can do a heck of a lot worse than watch
it alone.... ;-) Cor blimey I enjoyed that, it was Baywatch style viewing for
girls and Gays around the world.
Lovely last minute goal in from the
exquisite Freddie Ljungberg, there's me boy! (Getting praises in now because I
won't be able to on Tuesday)
It's been a hell raiser of a time,
especially in this last week. I'm not the only one either unfortunately. Fights,
break ups, spurned Lovers, panic attacks, pills, thrills and many bellyaches,
there have been SOOOO many highlights. (well, lowlights quite possibly a more
apt description....) Without going into detail I'm guessing you get the picture
that I and numerous others are certainly in need of and looking happily forward
to a lift. The best bit is it looks like tomorrow is the day!!
I am getting ready now for my big day! I
cannot wait. Excitement is rushing through my veins and spies tell me that
apparently the festival is packed and the main stage looks amazing! My beautiful
friend is already down there dancing her feet off in the dance tent, reporting
back that the place feels just like Ibiza back in the day. (Which will either
drag you down there or keep your feet firmly planted at home!) I've been
visiting the site which shows the stage they are using constantly over the last
few months now with a big wide grin feeling oh so proud!!
I intend to make it the most amazing
performance of my life yet and hopefully the best band the crowd will have the
pleasure of hearing. Ok, ok, slow down Love, your dress hasn't arrived yet and
you still haven't got there in one piece.....fingers crossed it all goes
smoothly!
Many thanks to my wonderful mother Mary who
has pulled out all the stops and spent a few sleepless nights preparing me a
last minute outfit!!
Oh so luckily our beloved superstar
guitarist Rob Marche has survived and made a speedy (ish, and not without some
pains) recovery from a horrid little road accident, and our gorgeous drummer Ed
hasn't been banged up for upsetting chavs....hahahaha....reports on that little
gem of a story coming at some point when I have recovered from side splitting
laughter. My, what a rehearsal.. The Lovely Taylor looks stunning and is on top
form. Our fully grown schoolboy Adie Hardy is well, sporting a Lovely Mexican
sun tan....(photo to follow when Taylor recovers from side splitting
laughter.....:-)) Yes, we are ready and raving to go. Big stylie. 'Ere me now,
we is fabulous......:-D
*I have to pre warn any of you that are
making the almighty trek all the way down there that my new stomper of a tune
"Radio" and all the excitement of being in front of thousands of people may
cause me to throw a few shapes. Mick Jagger watch your skinny butt. I'm not sure
I'll be able to help myself. Please let me be, it's me first big gig.....and I
have a wonderful feeling in my gut that there will certainly be more of the
kind. Ok, shut up now woman, the football's started.
Anyone fancying a last minute rush for a
laugh or some sunshine and great music, the festival is until Wednesday. Check
out www.sunrisecelebration.com
for info on how to get there and if you do, come and say hello backstage.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAahhhhhhh BACKSTAGE. Yeah. Now that sounds great. Even though it
will quite probably be a square piece of mud next to a fence by the bins. Right,
off I go. France it is and lets hope the boys put on a better show of skills
than their last game. Vieria, much as I missed you, Wenger appears to have made
yet another grand decision.
Much Love, I hope everybody is smiling.
