Well what a weekend.
It's been a busy old easter. A fun one generally but yesterday was a bit on the dodgy side. I don't think I started the afternoon fully recovered from the night before's antics. Anyway, determined to keep on the go, I went up to the easter funfair on Hampstead Heath. Being the biggest kid there by far I went excitedly bounding up to the first most dangerous looking ride, pulled everybody on it and strapped myself in. The next what felt like a week's worth of five minutes turned out to be the most frightening and sickly experience I have EVER put myself through. £2.50 very badly spent. Apart from nearly throwing up I screamed and cried my eyes out in shock for the whole damn ride - wrapping my leg around my sister's and refusing to un-clench it and frightening the hell out of everybody else in the process. I thought I was going to have a heart attack if it didn't stop. As if it could have been any worse - a lovely large dollop of snot landed on my top from somewhere and it wasn't MY nose....
.
I left the ride in a state of shock - to the sound of some serious laughs from my ride-ees - mascara all over my bright red face, hair like a scarecrow's, I wobbled over to the grassy bank behind the ride to collapse in a pathetic heap of jelly.. Ooooh the Glamour....
.
Right. Looking rather more glamorous now, I'm off to the studio to put the finishing touches to the past week's work. Lotsalove. XXXX
