Afternoon!

Yeeeehhhhaaaaa. 'Tis petit moi. Hows it hanging? All fine here on the western front. Iv'e learnt the little mouth organ part from Once Upon a Time In the West so it's kept me entertained all morning. Great win for the Arse the other day, I was going to say in the "Kids V Yids" game but realised it could sound rather distasteful and I must do my best to stick my traditional North London values aside and remain politically correct. Or whatever you call it.

It's been a Lovely few days. I have been fairly productive give or take a few pots of beer. :-D Went to see the Lovely cheeky bunch from the band "Puressence" at the 100 Club. When I first heard them on CD I thought it wouldn't really be my thing - a tad dark and moody for my little cheery ears but I warmed to their sound almost immediately. The singer was quite excellent in a freaky kind of Alison Moyet on acid staring aloofly in to distance kinda way, bass player and guitarist adorable - a Lovely rich sound too and outstanding lyrics for a change these days. Impressive. Just one complaint being that the first guitar he used had a Fender strap which stood right out and irritated the stockings off me. Not being one for labels I dissaproved but by God that's not much of a complaint from this little missy.... Good work.Check 'em out live if you get the chance.

• Any suggestions for the new website which is finally being made are most welcome, please don't be shy but do try and keep all special requests relatively above board.(or waist). The "guitar porn" one is currently a no go thanks but try asking again when record sales are flagging..
