OIOI Honey faces! T'is MOI. I return
from the cold land of grey to, erm, the cold land of grey. I had a Lovely time
away, despite the fact that it wasn't exactly a holiday.
I went, for the very first and
hopefully very last, time, off stage to the sound of my own footsteps....any
singer's nightmare but not hopefully for the reason that I sang badly. I sang at
a funeral in a huge Church where folk don't heckle, or indeed even clap when the
music ends. Strange. Fabulous acoustics though, what a great place to record I
imagine. I bet Taylor wouldn't be allowed in....hard to imagine her
keeping still and schtum in a holy place. Well, in any place for that matter....
;-)
Anyhow, I'm back now, so is madame,
back to land of pc shenanigans and looking very much forward to next Thursday's
gig at the 333 club. I hope you are coming along as it may be some time before
the next London performance.... although it would be a mighty shame to not air
the Christmas outfits now wouldn't it? Perhaps a Highbury special where we get
to proudly parade the red and whites??
One day I'll sing on that pitch, one
day....
And home it is tomorrow....AND WE
MUST WIN! Largely due to the fact that I Love winning, secondly as we are the
best football team in England and we are more than capable of getting it
together to win big games and lastly down to the fact that I still haven't
gotten over the last Valentines day which was absolutely the worst, MISERABLE
time and sh**e and grrr and bleurrrgh, least said here the better.
