Evening people. I'm back. Back and
smiling. Just about. After having been rudely accosted whilst buying some food
at my local take away earlier this evening. Some blokes, I tell you. Ah, I won't
start on the old it's tough to be a girl rant, I'm too tired, but anyway it was
a tiring trip. I fed myself and settled down to watch the Arsenal Champions
League play off this eve. And an impressive victory it was too. Van Persie, Hleb
and Fabregas looked brilliant,  it's lovely to watch these names grace the
turf again and they had a great start!

I watched "La Haine" again today with
my fabulous nephew Kerin who reminds me in some way of the terrific Vincent
Cassel. It's a beautifully shot film if you haven't seen it. Mathieu Kassovitz.
I promise it's a goody I've watched it about four times now. I can't wait to
make music videos. How exciting!

Ooh! Soundtrack of the week is
Richard Ashcroft's "Keys To The World" I did Music Is Power back to back a few
times everyday this week, it's a serious knock out. Great strings. It made me
realise how much I cannot stand hearing Robbie Williams. I mean, I don't
particularly dislike the guy as I've never met him and he has done very well and
I'm sure is a darling, but the sight or sound of him on television or radio is
enough to make me give up. I've personally never had any interest in either his
public persona or his music. There you have it and dare I say it. Richard
Ashcroft. The thinking person's Robbie Williams. It's a cheery record the last
one too by his standards. Buy it if you haven't already. And while you are
there, pick up any early Verve, it's all great.

So. not so much news today, I just
felt the need to check in before I crash out. Night night....
